Tiong Bahru Plaza is a destination mall that offers an array of F&B establishments and shopping options, serving the needs of residents around the vicinity, business executives from Central Plaza offices and students from the neighbouring schools. The mall is easily accessible as it is situated above the Tiong Bahru Station on the East West line.

Our Work

Conceptualised and executed the Tiong Bahru Plaza Eat Click Share Campaign, which had the objective of bringing food to the forefront in Tiong Bahru Plaza. The Facebook X Instagram campaign used both online and offline marketing efforts, such as roving ambassadors to engage with mall shoppers.

Results

Over 2 months, we garnered 54% increase in Facebook ‘likes’ and 63% increase in engaged users. Usage of hashtag #TiongBahruPlaza increased by 602% on Instagram.
